Shipping Methods
We offer international shipping via standard methods and we provide order Tracking number once Package has been sent.
Shipping Cost
Shipping costs start at $15 USD and up depending on the destination (all our sneakers weighs more than 1kg).
Production Time
- Product production takes between 3 to 10 days after the end of the Pre-ordering Phase.
Estimated Delivery Time
- Delivery typically takes between 7 to 18 days from the shipping date and the best thing to accelerate delivery is to include your Phone number with your Order details.
Order Tracking
Once production is complete, we provide an order tracking number which you can use on this website to follow your package.

Refunds
Pre-Orders
Since these are pre-orders, we do not offer refunds unless the product arrives defective, in that case we offer a replacement.
Defective Products
If a product is defective upon delivery, follow these steps:
- Record a video showing the defect while the product is still in its original packaging.
- Contact us within 2 days of delivery with the video evidence.
- We will promptly send a replacement product.
Returns
Custom-Made Products
Our products are custom-made for each client, so we do not accept returns for reasons other than defects and as mentioned above, in that case we will offer a free Replacement.
